Free Applications
Most of our applications are provided free of charge. No refund is applicable for free applications.
Paid Applications and In-App Purchases
For paid applications or in-app purchases:
Eligibility
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if:
- The application does not function as described
- You experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the application
- The purchase was made by mistake (e.g., accidental purchase)
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at jachin_dev@jachin.dev with:
- Your order or transaction ID
- The reason for the refund request
- Any relevant screenshots or error descriptions
Processing
We will review your refund request and respond within 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method.
Exceptions
Refunds may not be granted if:
- More than 14 days have passed since the purchase
- The application has been substantially used
- The issue is caused by hardware incompatibility or unsupported software versions that were documented before purchase
App Store Purchases
For applications purchased through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, refund requests should be directed to the respective platform, as they handle payment processing:
- Google Play: Request refunds through the Google Play Store
- Apple App Store: Request refunds through Apple Support
